Nutritional Therapist – Mandy Panons
My nutritional advice is delivered to you following a thorough consultation and additional dedicated research time (specific to each case).
The outcomes range from looking to promote relaxation and well-being to identifying specific problems within the body and alleviating the symptoms created as a result.
The aim is to identify the root cause of the problem rather than simply suggesting diet alterations to eradicate the symptoms. By implementing small lifestyle and diet changes my intention is to combat the issue at its source in order to improve your long-term well-being.
Nutritional Therapist – Francis Farrell
I trained as a Nutritional Therapist and spent three years in classrooms and clinics learning the importance of nutrition in combating sub optimal health and helping clients to feel healthy again.
I also realised that no matter how much you want to do the right thing for your health, quite often it’s difficult to make permanent changes. It’s easy to slide back into bad habits or have a bad day and just feel overwhelmed.
Over the years I have helped people to make the changes they desire and enabled them to reach the standards in their lives that they wish to live by on a day to day basis.
