Move without thinking about it.
Chiropractic and Acupuncture at the Chocolate Frog near Bordon. A proper assessment and a clear plan, with someone to explain what’s going on.
Pain shrinks your quality of life.
Most people don’t come in when the pain starts. They come in when they notice they’ve been planning their week around it — long walks avoided, football missed, and trouble sleeping through the night.
You don’t have to work it out on your own.

FAQs
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. You can book directly. If we think you’d be better off seeing your GP or someone else, we’ll tell you at the appointment.
What happens at my first appointment?
It lasts up to an hour. We’ll go through your history — what’s going on now, old injuries, how you live and work — then examine how you move. By the end you’ll know what we’ve found, what we think is causing it, and what we suggest doing about it. Most people start treatment the same visit.
Does it hurt?
Most people find treatment comfortable. Some feel a bit achy the next day, similar to after exercise. If you’re in a lot of pain we adapt the examination to suit you, and we’ll always tell you what we’re about to do.
How many appointments will I need?
It depends what we find. You’ll get an honest answer after your assessment rather than a package sold up front, and we’ll review as we go along.
What should I wear?
Normal comfortable clothes. You don’t need to undress beyond taking your shoes off. Gowns are available if you’d prefer one. Bring details of any medicines or supplements you’re taking.
What does it cost?
[Prices here.] We’ll always tell you what’s recommended and what it costs before you commit to anything.
Can I book with a particular practitioner?
Yes. Use the buttons above to go straight to Patrick, Fiona or Lina’s diary. If you’re not sure, book with whoever has the soonest appointment.
Do you take private health insurance?
Yes. We can give you a receipt to claim back from most insurers. Check with your insurer first.
Where are you, and is there parking?
Unit 6, The Old Stables, at the Chocolate Frog Tea Rooms in Oakhanger, GU35 9BF. Turn right at the big pink sign and park anywhere along the row or round the back. Parking is free.
Is the clinic accessible?
There are two steps on the right next to the clinic, but a ramp on the left side of the courtyard brings you round the courtyard without them.
