What your first appointment includes
The first visit is longer and costs more than a follow-up, because most of the work happens there.
We’ll go through your history properly – what’s going on now, old injuries, how you live and work — then examine how you move. By the end you’ll know what we’ve found, what we think is causing it, and what we suggest for you.
Most people start treatment on the same visit.
Insurance and payment
We can give you a receipt to claim back from most insurers. Check with your insurer first, as policies differ.
Pay by card or cash at the clinic.
If you need to cancel
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else.
